Reservation and cancellation conditions
A stay is only reserved if a down payment (at least 50% of the full amount) has been paid and the confirmation for the stay, including the rules for any remaining payment, has been received.
If a reservation is canceled by the tenant, cancellation costs are due. These amount to 30% of the total costs up to 91 days before the day of arrival and 50% of the total agreed rent in the event of cancellation from 90 days to 31 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, no refunds will be made.
The (down)payment for a booked stay cannot be used for a later reservation.
What personal information we collect, and why
Information or quotation request
We use a booking form on the website. At the time you book, your email address and telephone number will only be used to send the information about the booking or to contact you at your request. A mailing address will only be used for sending requested information.
Your data is not shared with anyone
Personal data will never be shown, sold or lent to third parties. Not even if one asks politely.
